Chapter 17 of Laotse's TaoTeChing
Laotse/Laozi display the different situations and levels of the government affairs. The best style is that the government do not disturb the life and resource of the common people and give them the chance and time to finish their self-development. On the other hand, Laotse/Laozi told us in this chapter of TaoTeChing/DaoDeJing that this government affairs style is on the basis of the credit of the governor. Following is the original text of chapter 17 of Laotse/Laozi's TaoTeChing/DaoDeJing.

The governor has not good faith is the basic reason why people do not trust in them.
